Where it costs you today

Receiving discrepancies found hours late

Supplier deliveries are checked by hand. A short or wrong delivery surfaces after the truck has gone, and the claim window with it.

Put-away errors that cost hours to undo

Goods land in the wrong rack location and are effectively lost until someone stumbles on them.

Picking mistakes discovered at shipping

Re-work at the dock, late departures, and a customer complaint that arrives before the invoice.

Manual pallet counts at loading

The truck is loaded by eye and by clipboard. Disputes with carriers and customers have no evidence.

Stock accuracy drifting to 70–80%

Between annual audits, the system record and the physical reality separate — and nobody knows by how much.

No visibility once the truck leaves

Pallets on the road are invisible until a delivery confirmation arrives — if it ever does.

How ZoneX solves it

Inbound portal

The supplier truck drives through an RFID portal and every pallet is counted in seconds. Discrepancy alerts fire in real time, while the driver is still on site.

Forklift-embedded readers

The forklift reads as it drives: every pallet moved is logged with who, when and to which zone — invisible to the operator.

Dock-door control

Fixed readers at each dock confirm the loaded pallets against the despatch order before departure.

Truck-mounted RFID + GPS

Live vehicle position and on-board pallet inventory at the same time. Site entry/exit events are notified automatically.

Geofencing and out-of-zone alerts

Define pickup, delivery and restricted zones on the map. Any pallet leaving the truck outside an authorised area raises an immediate SMS and email.

Cycle counting instead of annual shutdowns

Plan inventory cycles, run walk-through counts and let the platform compute the gaps.

From first read to decision

  1. TagPassive UHF tags on pallets, cages, containers and returnable assets.
  2. PortalFixed gates at inbound, outbound and inter-zone doors; forklift readers inside; truck readers on the road.
  3. TrackPositions and reads stream over MQTT; the truck map shows live position, on-board classification and reader heartbeat.
  4. ProveEvery load/unload event is logged with timestamp, GPS coordinates and pallet IDs.

What you get

Receiving controlCounted at the gate, disputed on the spot, not a week later.
Zero-paper transfersInter-site moves declared on mobile; both sites update simultaneously.
Fleet visibilityLive position and pallet count for every vehicle, on one map.
EvidenceA complete, exportable movement log for carriers, customers and auditors.

Proof in production : Built on the deployment pattern proven at SOTUBI / SAIDA Group distribution flows, with the ZoneX Cloud Trip module (live truck map, trips, MQTT classification) in production.
